Led gender situational analysis using LSIS III 2023 data. Designed GAP with 24 gender-specific activities, GBV risk assessment, and Training of Trainers curriculum for 180 district health staff across border provinces.

Climate risk and vulnerability assessment for an ADB-financed urban improvement project, identifying flood, heat stress, and drainage failure risks to urban infrastructure and communities. Integrated adaptation measures into project design to improve climate resilience of urban services, drainage systems, and public spaces in target cities.
TA-10240 REG — Promoting Climate-Resilient Rural Development & Food Security in Southeast Asia
Technical assistance to promote climate-resilient rural development and food security across Southeast Asia, with a focus on responsible forestry. SP Growth Advisor contributed climate vulnerability and risk assessment components, linking deforestation risk, community food security, and climate hazard exposure to inform adaptation planning and forestry investment screening under ADB's climate finance framework.
CRISTA — Climate Resilience Infrastructure for Social Transformation and Adaptation
Support to the design and implementation of climate-resilient infrastructure programmes integrating social transformation and community adaptation strategies. SP Growth Advisor contributed technical expertise on multi-hazard risk screening, community vulnerability profiling, and climate-resilient design standards for infrastructure in high-risk provinces.
CMVRA — Comprehensive Multi-Hazard Vulnerabilities & Risk Assessment Guideline, Attapeu Province
Development of a comprehensive guideline and training manual for multi-hazard, vulnerability, and risk assessment specific to Attapeu Province — one of Lao PDR's most disaster-prone regions, exposed to floods, landslides, and drought. The manual equips provincial and district disaster management staff with standardised tools for hazard mapping, exposure analysis, and risk scoring.
